The Colossal Sandwich Shop - Bedford

This is one of my favorite restaurants. It's the most consistently excellent place I've visited. The staff is always friendly and greets you with enthusiasm every time. As for the food... WOW! Everything I've tried is bursting with flavor. I love that they serve jalapeños on the side. I even had to buy a glass to take home. I also brought some of their hot sauce with me! Thank you to the owner and the staff for the wonderful hospitality extended to my friends and me. Make sure to visit this place—you won't be disappointed!

We discovered this incredible sandwich shop when it was still a small place, and I'm so happy to see them now in a larger building. It's wonderful to witness their growth and to appreciate how kind life can be. I love that they offer sandwiches in a salad format—it's a fantastic option! If you haven't tried it yet, you're definitely missing out.

Straightforward, straightforward, straightforward—an easy five stars! I was craving Cuban sandwiches while working nearby, and this place was the best option I found. I completely agree with the reviews. The Cuban sandwiches exceeded my expectations, and I really enjoyed the vibe of the shop. You won’t find a sandwich like that just anywhere. I can definitely see myself coming back in the future to try other items on the menu, as everything looked so appetizing.

Remember a little mother-and-pop restaurant! The restaurant had a wide selection of sandwiches. The best part of the sandwiches is that each of our sandwiches came with their own breads. We had the reubs; it was very a reuben : Although I wish it had more sour wort. It was a necessary ingredient that balances the sandwich with the acid flavors. The Ccubano had no doubt about a Ccubano sandwich. The hearty flesh, the cucumbers and the mustard was a great combo. The turkey grill cheese was four children, but it can definitely be eaten by adults who still loved a well made grilled cheese. FYI. The menu is on the wall between the cashier and beverage refrigerator. The regular chips are included in the meal.

This was so good, I went two days in a row. The first day, we had the mid cities Steak Cheese and the Half Treuben. The Mid cities was basically a philly cheese steak and was amazing. My daughter described the Treuben as A really good sandwich. We went back the next day to try different sandwiches, and again, they were amazing. This time, we had the Cubano and the Triple Decker Club. Both were so good, and I would definitely recommend all of it. I think the Mid Cities Steak and Cheese was my favorite of the four we tried.
