Wendy's - Bedford

Rarely has a new restaurant generated so much excitement, and today I found out that this brand new Wendy's lives up to the hype. From the beautiful architecture and the outdoor seating which makes one dream of spring and summer nights enjoying a special evening dining al fresco, to the friendly and efficient employees, the spotless dining room, and fries served so hot they burn the mouth and warm the soul, this new dining option in Solon is sure to become a favorite. Today I opted for a Baconator, which is really the grande dame of quick service hamburgers. With each juicy bite I could taste the love and care the the staff put into this monument to gastronomy. You will note that burger patties are square here- certainly symbolic of the fact that Wendy's doesn't cut corners. The fries, served piping hot, were perfectly salted. These heavenly sticks were so delicious I thought maybe I had been transported to Idaho. The soda I enjoyed was perfectly carbonated and had just the right amount of flavor. It was beyond refreshing. Overall, we were delighted with our experience. Any restaurant that wants to claim the best burger in Solon will have to go head to head with Wendy's to try to take that title. While the new Wendy's may be just a stone's throw from Burger King, Wendy is the new monarch in Solon.

This is the Wendy's in Oakwood Village, Ohio. The management there is rude and horrible. She needs to be made never to be taken off the windy permanently. She never says thank you or please. She gave me my Large Frosty 3/4 full, no receipt and kept my penny change. I kno I won't go broke, but it's mine. But I do want the product.. I do want great customer service and I had promised myself I would not go there again after the last time. Your choice now!!!

Staff are very rude they didn't tell me our total and yelled at my grandma to pull around I don't know how this establishment is still up and how they hired these people. The food is okay edible but sometimes burnt. But the overall experience at this place is terrible.

Honestly this establishment is terrible. The workers are rude, I'm constantly having o get a refund because they either close early without shutting down their online ordering or they send out food I didn't order because they don't want to make what I did order. If you go in the evening the girls working the drive thru have attitudes as if it's our fault they don't like their place of work and honestly the only time I have a pleasant conversation with a worker is when I have to call customer service to get my refund.

Always friendly (even on Easter) and food order always correct and served hot. That's really all you need
