4th time consecutively that they did not give me a straw for my iced coffee. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Hardly ever have a pleasant experience at this location. No one was able to explain the taste of the new pink velvet flavor. They are usually out of basic ingredients or menu items relatively early in the day. The food tastes 3D printed and old. From now on I will go out of my way for a Starbucks or different Dunkin location at the least. Food: 2 Service: 1

The inner did not command because I said they were only short workers while I looked at 5 workers at the time. they are only opened by the drive thru and I told them I was in a box truck that would take their shield out, but I said ok and told them to have a big tomorrow.
