Sbarro Restaurant - Bedford Township

I spoke to Tim the Mgr about serving cold food at 10am and he was very dismissive and annoyed for me calling him to complain.

Waited in line for 10 minutes, by the time we got up there she said sorry no more pizza… even checked her oven and acted like they were out. So we had burgers instead. After we were done with our meal, I walked by on my way out and they had fresh new pizzas out. I would have waited for the new ones to come out, but she acted like they were none. Traveling with 3 kids is hard enough, but adding rude people on top of it doesn’t make it easier. So if they try doing the same, make sure you talk to them like they’re 5 and ask … well… are you planning to make more?

Wanted to tell her to keep my slice in longer but she seemed aggravated so i was like whatever. Ate the pizza cold. The spaghetti and meatballs was tasty and cooked to perfection hot. The pizza was made new york style. The bread that came with the pasta was good. Its different compared to other sbarros ive been too. Price is decent. Fast service though. Portions cool. Closes 7pm i believe. At least i dont have to eat burgers and fries all day everyday

Stopped here for gas and food on my way from Pittsburgh to Baltimore on a wintery evening in December. Had a quick slice of cheese pizza. It was pretty good!

The pizza was cold and tasted like they put fake butter on the cheese pizza. I got 1 hot and one cold breadstick. They did not have any Stromboli. I have eaten at a lot of sparrows and this one was the worst.
