Tim Hortons - Bedford

Typically a bit slow at drive thru here, but it's because the staff is so friendly they always have a little chat with their regular customers and are genuinely happy to see them. The personal experience is always superb and the coffee is ways hot!

Really good coffee, super friendly staff in a beautiful location (especially during the summer).

Service here tends to be slow (drive thru) and they frequently run out of items even at lunch hour. They stop serving food at 8pm. Why Ill never understand...

Service could be improved, it seems like online orders are not priority. That would ve great of they were placing your order in the pick up kiosk with the sticker on it saying your name and what you ordered. Often my order wasnt ready and I had to line up and ask for it then they would prepare it. Very disorganised, but from what I understand they are under staff. Though I really love their decoration and food is fresh and tasty
