The staff were friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately, the restaurant was not serving food on the day we visited due to the landlord's friend's funeral. The landlord apologized for the inconvenience. We will definitely return. Service: 5/5

I made a reservation for an early Sunday lunch on the morning of my visit and was promptly attended to upon arrival. I ordered the Sunday roast, which came as a generous portion of delicious food. It was served quickly and hot, unlike some other places that serve lukewarm dishes. For the amount of food on the plate, it was excellent value—well-cooked and plentiful. One member of our group even described the beef as "to die for" because it was so tender. The 200-mile trip was definitely worth it for such an incredible meal. A big thank you to all the staff for the wonderful meal and service!
