Feedback gevenMcDonald's food always seems well and consistently prepared. Service was courteous and attentive. Can't say I like kiosk ordering much seems to take twice as long as counter ordering, and is occasionally confusing. Eating area and bathrooms were clean and well kept. A good McDonalds location.
Terrible service, they did not give us what we ordered, please when you order check if everything you ordered fits
If you think systemetically serving your customers less than they order, perhaps to encourage employee theft, is OK, go to this place. If you think it makes sense to have your least intelligible people interface with customers, this is also the place for you.For anybody with any common sense, avoid this place.
Both me and my daughter got food poisoning yesterday 3/15 after eating a cheeseburger from this location ordered around 8pm. Never again.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I used my app to get free medium fries with the purchase of $1 and when they redeemed my code I got a check mark on my app that it was redeemed successfully yet on the McDonald’s cashier it would not go through as it would say the code was already redeemed. I explained to the manager that I had not redeemed the code if not it would not go through on my app but she still kept saying that because her cashier said it did then she would believe that. I told her if I can speak to a manager and she said she was the “manager” which was funny because she ended up calling someone about my situation in Spanish. (I thought you were the manager ? I don’t think she knew I speak Spanish so told her that was she was telling the person on the phone was false because I had not redeemed the code elsewhere. Long story short, it was probably a glitch in her cashier and instead of honoring the code she told me AS A FAVOR she would give me free small fries. That was such a slap to the face as at the end of the day I would have preferred for her not just not give me any fries than thinking she was the one doing ME the favor of giving me small fries. I ended up going to the whataburger right in front. As management myself you should never take up a huge amount of time arguing with the customer. For fries??? They lost business and obtained a negative review instead of just honoring the medium fries. Huge disappointed from the “manager” today at 4pm.
