McDonald's - BEECHBORO

Wonderful clean restaurant, friendly staff, plenty of parking, double drive thru if you're in a hurry. They make great Coffee here too

Food is always fresh, Coffee and cake is excellent. The owners seem to make an effort, toilets clean.

Staff are rude and the food was not good. We ordered and were given our food but were asked to wait in the waiting for them to bring us our drinks (large fizzy and a frappe) we asked if we could a have fresh fries but this seemed to be a huge inconvenience to the staff finally they took the fries top keep under the heat while we waited a good 5mins for our drinks...then we got the same old fries from the heater.... not a good experience at all

Staff are VERY RUDE. Place is disgusting food everywhere in the kitchen floor is always sticky and dirty. Went here one day it was boiling outside upon arrive no a/c's working and place had all doors closed even though a/c not working, on the same day only 1 cash register was working took ages to make our order. Waited waited some more then they said we don't have the cheese for your burger and we don't have the sauce for the other burger. Drinks where not filled to the top either.We have been back since hoping this was a one off but needless to say again burgers where not up to scratch and double chocolate waffle cones where only 3/4 full.Someone seriously need to re evaluate this so called family restaurant.

I live locally and go through the Beechboro macdonalds regularly. I am normally not the one to wite reviews but this can't go by without letting customers know that the staff that work at the Beechboro macdonalds is disgusting.Never get the order right, always missing half the chips or sauce and tonogjt they forgot a meal in my order, this isn't the first time.So i went back with the food to get told by TRACEY that I am a liar and I never order the meal, she shrugged her shoulders and walks away.She acted like it was her money and she bought me a feed, no apologetic what so ever. This is disgraceful and if she is the manager than you might as well close the franchise down!Check your staff and train them customer service please !!!!!!
