I placed my order through the app and went to the window to pick it up. However, the male employee proceeded to lecture me about how it's more respectful to stop at the speaker before approaching the window. There was no line, and I honestly didn't know; trying to frame it as an act of disrespect seemed absurd. He could have simply informed me that it’s best to stop there in advance. Plus, I believe the word he intended to use was "respectful," not "respectable."

Seems like every time I turn around they get my order wrong or leave items I asked for off. They don’t give you a receipt or tell you your total until you get to the window which I’ve never been a fan of. If the purpose of that is to be more efficient and move the line along it doesn’t matter if the customer’s order ends up being incorrect. Very depressing and discombobulated. Management needs to hire more help.
