That was my first visit here. it is dark and dingy in the night. my pizza was 5 minutes too late. there is no waiting area inside, so I had to wait outside when I was breathing in the smoke of other people. You have no choice if you have to stay close to the door, or you won't hear them call you. they had no change, so I had to wait a few minutes. the pizza was a scandal. I complained and received a free pizza voucher. I'm probably going to redeem it with another domino instead of going back here.
I ordered online, but when the pizza arrived, it looked nothing like it should have. We ordered the loaded pepperoni pizza and the picture looked amazing. However, when we opened the box, it only had about half of the toppings that were shown in the picture.
I had a very disappointing experience with Domino's pizza. Not only was my order never delivered, but they also charged my card. When I tried to call and speak to someone about the issue, they refused to help and hung up on me. I have tried calling multiple times on May 22nd and 23rd with no response. I will now contact my bank and file a complaint about this terrible service and unauthorized charge on my card. This was my first time ordering from them and it was a complete letdown.

Additionally, they are unable to explain why delivery charges apply to each pizza delivered to the same address. The staff's lack of respect for the brand and disregard for customers has led to a decision to never order from Dominos again.
