Daepo Korean Bbq - BEERWAH

DOESNT SERVE RICE. We came in at 6.30, and half the buffet was just empty with meats no longer available. Charges money for a grill change even though the grill is completely black. Korean BBQ is one of my most frequented types of establishments, and I've never encountered this before. Only chef in the restaurant goes to toilet and we couldn't get any meat so left still hungry.Paid 39$pp to get 3 small bowls of meat TOGETHER before the chef just left.Feel terrible for the kid working as a waiter while the chef was standing in the kitchen relaxing. Never return to this restaurant again.

Came here with a big group of friends (9) and was confused from the beginning.Firstly, the price isn’t noted anywhere, struggled to even find it online. Secondly, where the hell are the menus?! All I wanted to know was what foods are available and I had to go up myself and find out details; including the info about the burners. The food selection needs work, I had find out there were ice blocks from a random kid who doesn’t even work there (btw ask for the ice blocks they’re good Coles ones).The staff are kind, especially Portia was helpful so that’s why I’m giving a 3 star review.

No good service,Bbq light up very late, so not much time to cook the meat. When gril is dirty we need to pay extra money for a clean one, even tough we are there with many people. Food is simply but okay. Service not good!

Very Unreasonable to charge extra money for changing a burned grilling net.We had 8 adults went there tonight, 7 had the full 38$ per head buffet, 1 had the 26$ one as vegan. Plus we ordered drinks.We used two grilled and I can’t see why they have to charge extra 2$ for the new net (if we were to dine in individually, aren’t they supposed to provide 7 nets).Never had this cost involved in any korean BBQ restaurants I experienced in Australia, Korea or Hong Kong!Food are okay. But Definitely not return.

Such an awesome experience. Definitely gonna be coming back.
