Feedback gevenToo bad to say at least, we ordered at 20:30 a.m., it is 11:30 a.m. and we haven't got the pizzas yet. we have therefore preferred the refund because despite the many solutions that the pizzeria was beaten, we could be contacted for the delay, nothing. we could get the pizzas late and perhaps a small discount. even the cure prefers to waste the pizza without delivering it to us. competition policy we will never order from them again.
Life is beautiful, but your pizzas have ruined it for me. we start from the beginning, I ordered 8 pizzas about eating around 7.50 pm, after several unsuccessful calling and after many trying to contact us, it was reported that there was a small delay, which then became 2 hours... to apologize for the late, they offered us 2 beers as if 2 beers had been missing her. I give the restaurant a suggestion to improve the delivery service.
Bad management. I ordered 2 pizzas at 8:30 a.m. at 10:30 a.m. they haven't arrived yet, so much that I canceled the order. at 21:30 I called the place and they told me that the driver had already gone (which is not true). I hope that this review will help people stop the order of this place. Before they open a business, they might learn to work.
Pizza on Sunday night. I ordered over glovo 4 pizzas and a home-delivery menu with pizza, chips and koks. After we had waited 2 hours from the order, we realized that the pizzas and chips were missing from the menu. After I asked the bauchnabel who assured us that he had left us all, I'll call the place for explanations. on the phone they do not be polite by not apologising for the inconvenience and after the persisting he assured me that he would make the pizza in less than a minute and, net of delivery time, he would come there as soon as possible. after 20 minutes (10.35 a.m.) they call me back and tell me that without reason they would not go with the pizza order anymore. at this point I asked glovo for a refund. a person therefore did not eat pizza at the end of the evening. Although the pizza was good, I will never order again or never go to the place to eat.
A tutti può capitare un errore o un disguido, ma professionalità ed educazione sono alla base di qualsiasi servizio.Quando si fa una consegna incompleta e con 2h ritardo ci si scusa per l'inconveniente e si cerca di rimediare come possibile.Aggredire il cliente quando chiama per segnalare l'errore e poi perseguire se si lamenta del disservizio non credo che sia una buona strategia per un'attività commerciale.Dopo 2h di attesa arriva una pizza e una porzione di patatine in meno, ci sembrava mancasse qualcosa ma il fattorino legge velocemente la comanda e ci confonde dicendo che c’è tutto…chiamiamo la pizzeria e rispondono maleducatamente che non possono mandarcela perché impiegano troppo tempo perché per loro la consegna è lontana (perché sono su Glovo allora?! Dicono che hanno troppo lavoro, noi insistiamo perché dopo tutta questa attesa trovare un’alternativa alle 23 è difficile, allora improvvisamente dicono che non hanno più ordini ormai e in un minuto potevano prepararla. Dopo 45 minuti richiamano dicendo che non riescono a fare la consegna.La pizza non è neanche male, ma una persona non ha ricevuto la pizza e soprattutto non si sono neanche scusati del disservizio, sembrava quasi li avessimo disturbati.
