Applebee's Grill And Bel Air

I hadn't visited Applebee's in quite some time, but after a long road trip, my friend and I decided to stop by. I was really impressed with my burger—it was fantastic! My friend's Long Island Iced Tea was equally impressive. However, what really stood out was the outstanding customer service! The staff was COVID-conscious, friendly, professional, and very attentive. I won't wait so long to return next time. I believe in supporting both small businesses and franchise owners.

This is my neighborhood Applebee's, and I've never had a bad experience here! The staff is incredibly polite and friendly, frequently checking in to ensure you're enjoying your meal. They're also quick to address any minor issues that may arise. The food is consistently excellent, and my fiancé and I absolutely LOVE the margaritas! I would highly recommend this place with a perfect 11/10!

My husband and I ordered the double crunch bone-in Asian wings and the chicken wontons, and they were absolutely fantastic! I also got the crispy chicken salad, but I ended up sending it back because the chicken was a bit too crunchy or overcooked for my liking. Our server, Lauren, was amazing—very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be returning!

I ordered the four-cheese mac and cheese and honey pepper chicken. Unfortunately, the dish turned out to be more like a watery, unpleasant mix of noodles with chicken. The chicken was delicious on its own, but once it got mixed in, it lost its appeal.
