Feedback gevenThe manager at this restaurant is absolutely awful, and so was the lady I spoke to before him. She wouldn't tell me what the specials were and just kept saying to look online. The terrible manager also wouldn't tell me about the different types of stuffed cheese bread they offer, and told me to look online as well before hanging up on me. Absolutely terrible service. Go to Bel Air instead, they are much better.
The delivery rubers are usually very friendly, but much luck if they ever call / head inside. the personality can be a real hit or miss.
I usually enjoy dining at this restaurant, but my recent experience was disappointing. My order was brought out to my car, and I had trouble opening my passenger door. After struggling for a minute, I finally managed to open it for the person delivering my order. Instead of being appreciative, they rudely commented that I should have just put my window down. However, there was clearly not enough room to pass everything through the window. I was simply trying to be helpful by opening the door.
I placed an order at a Domino's in Abingdon, MD on 2/1/22. One of the items I ordered was 16 wings, but instead I received 2 orders of cheesy bread. When I called the store to inform them of the mistake, I was accused of lying and there was talk of documenting the complaint for future reference. I felt extremely disrespected by the way I was treated. Despite providing evidence of the error, the person I spoke to insisted that they personally packed my order and hadn't made wings in the past 3 hours. They eventually agreed to correct the mistake, but I was told it would take another 45 minutes to an hour for the correct items to be delivered. I believe I was unfairly judged based on my race, as the person on the phone seemed to assume I was lying because I am African American. I want to make it clear that my money, regardless of my race, can be spent elsewhere. I know the difference between wings and cheesy bread, and this experience has left a bad impression of Domino's. I will not hesitate to share my negative experience with others. Very disappointed. Sent from my iPhone.
Extremely rude customer service I tried explaining that I’ve never had onions on my Buffalo chicken pizza ever before an didn’t know that dominos put it on their pizza so I asked the guy why didn’t it say it had onions on it and he rudely replies you ordered it I don’t have to explain why unless you ask and was extremely rude when I tried to get another pizza he told me that I have to pay for another one even though I told him that the pizza was untouched he was still being rude this was the night shift of January 23rd this actually isn’t the first time this person got rude and smart with me I just let it go before but every time something has to be done or I will make sure to never order here again.
