Dunkin' - Bel Air

Out of the three Dunkin' locations in the area, this is my favorite. The staff is professional, friendly, and most importantly, efficient. You can count on getting your order quickly and making it to work on time. Thank you to the team that makes this Dunkin' a pleasant experience!

We placed an order online to save time, but it was incorrect. We had to park and go inside the restaurant to get it corrected.

I visited this restaurant twice in a row. The first time, the server asked for a hundred dollars, and then today, I was charged for bacon that was missing from my order. I would have gone back to address the issue, but I was in a hurry. It's also common for them to try not to give you a receipt, so always remember to ask for one. In terms of food quality and service, I would rate them a 1 out of 5.

This family-owned restaurant is extremely welcoming. The food and service both received a score of 5, while the atmosphere scored a 3.

I visited Dunkin' this morning and had a negative experience with the employees. I had a coupon for a free medium hot or iced coffee, but when I tried to order an americano with an additional charge for espresso, the employees yelled at me and refused to listen to me. I was shocked by their behavior and left without making a purchase. I have never felt so mistreated as a customer before. Service: 1/5.
