Feedback gevenHorrible service. Was treated with disrespect from management. When asking for my daughter's meal, they told us to get back in line after a line of customers who were behind us. Managers were rude with their words and behavior. Will never support an establishment like this.
We eat here often. The portions are generous. Food is always good and the crew here is really cool and polite.
We have been coming here for years and have watched the place really go downhill. Today, the counters were filthy and gross, the rice was well over cooked, the tea was empty, the soda machine did not taste right, and there were no lids. Additionally, the staff is terrible.. having inappropriate conversation and generally not working at all give how gross the facility was… I do appreciate the one girl (a newer staff member and not the manager) who was kind, friendly and attempting to clean the facility. This location is running customers away!
If I could give zero stars I would. I went in this morning at 11:30, assuming the food will be fresh. I ordered the surf and turf bowl at the counter. I left a $5 tip. I said thank you when I left. Not one employee acknowledged me, or was friendly. They simply dumped the food in the bowl. As soon as I took the lid off the bowl, I knew that the food was bad. The shrimp was dry and hard as a rock. The steak was also dry. Everything had a sour/spoiled taste. I had a huge, hard piece of avocado plopped on the top of the bowl. I tried to call the restaurant to speak to someone and no one answered the phone.. Thank goodness. I had some chips and queso or I would’ve gone without lunch. I will not be returning to this establishment.
Yesterday my wife and I went to qdoba in bel air, our meal was 30$ The next day I saw that qdoba has charged me 10 separate times the 30 dollars. After reaching out to the Belair store 50 times between 10:30 and 1:00pm I still have not had a single person answer a phone. I also messaged the corporate qdoba for which there is no working number for online, and still have not heard back from the either. As far as I'm concerned qdoba is stealing from customers, they have taken 300$ for 2 burritos and I can't reach a person to even speak with the issue about it. Day 2 still can not get a hold of anyone at the store, no one answers the phone. Still have not heard from corporate either. Still out 300 dollars for a 30$ meal. Unbelievable, there's no way to get in contact with anyone who works at qdoba.
