Sonic Drive-in - Bel Air

The food was somewhat pricey, but my experience was straightforward and easy. The wait time was a bit longer than expected for a fast food restaurant, but I visited during a major promotion for one of their items. It's possible that the wait isn't always as lengthy as it was that day. My husband enjoyed the meal, and we will definitely return when we are in the area again.

This establishment has serious issues. The food was cold and overcooked. The management clearly needs improvement; it felt like a bunch of preschoolers were running the place like it was a circus. I've never experienced such poor service before. They really need to have adult supervision or a competent manager in charge.

Our experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. There were four of us in the car, and we waited a long time for someone to come over. Eventually, they took one person's order but then left again. We waited for her meal to arrive, and when we tried to place our other orders, the staff member we spoke to was rude and said he needed a piece of paper, even though we had been waiting for quite a while. To make matters worse, the one order they did bring out was incorrect. One of our friends went inside to get the necessary paperwork and took so long that we pressed the button for assistance. It seemed like they had stopped taking care of us and were attending to other tables instead. Frustrated, we decided to leave. Even McDonald's across the street would have provided better service. Yikes, that's all I can say.

When about 20 minutes were drawn from the menus and had to press the red button twice as it went out, and no one ever came out or called the speaker on the menu on both. Cars that were moved after us got their order and food while never someone came to get our order. We went somewhere else. Not sure if the stable was broken or not, but there were no signs that indicate.

Sonic is one of my favorite fast food places but not the one in belair. I waited 45 minutes to get food and the first thing they brought out was a milkshake in 95 degree heat. thankfully food wasnt much far behind it. too bad they got the order wrong and was missing things
