Subway - Bel Air

I was disappointed with my experience at this Subway restaurant. The portions of tuna fish or meat were small, the bread was hard, and the desserts looked old. This was my first and last visit to this location. I have never had issues at other Subways I have visited. Although the staff was friendly, the overall dining experience was underwhelming.

I ordered a Mexicali sandwich without tomatoes. What I received was a sub with a small amount of meat, no avocado, and a lot of lettuce and tomatoes. This Subway experience was awful.

I requested a fresh dish, but what I received was not what I expected. They questioned me about everything, and I did not need to go there to find out what I wanted to know. The guacamole was discolored and unappetizing, and the service was very slow, making me wait for 15 minutes. There were no napkins provided, and the restroom was extremely dirty. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

The staff is extremely friendly and does amazing making the food. The meat is always spread evenly throughout the subs which is something I have issues with at the subway by my house. These people go above and beyond and deserve recognition!
