Taco Bell - Bel Air

I went through the drive thru today and placed a large order $40 worth). After receiving only 1 bag, I realized that it was not all there. Instead of holding up the line behind me, I went in and was assisted by who I assume was their manager or lead. Shewas apologetic and immediately spent time correcting my entire order and ensured it was all fresh and accurate. Mistakes happenand the thing that counts is how the company responds! I really appreciated the staff member who assisted me.

Ordered food there and was given nothing that I ordered. went back through the drive thru and asked if I can exchange it for what I ordered and they rudely said no. so now I have an empty stomach, I'm short $20, and nasty food that I don't want. GREATJOB TACO BELL!!!

Did this Taco Bell change the Hard Shells?We ate there yesterday. The hard shell tacos tasted terrible and left a really bad taste in our mouths for hours! They were thicker than the original shells. I'm sorry but I won't be returning for a hard shell taco unless they switch back to the original hard shell!

This Taco Bell always gets your order right! The food is always cooked well and is warm when you receive it. I just tried their strawberry frozen drink during happy hour the other day and it was so yummy! You get them for cheaper during that time every day. Love this place. Keep up the good work!
