Festa - Belebey

I haven't been to the actual cafe, but their delivery service is very disappointing. They delivered a cold pizza 2.5 hours after ordering, and the rolls looked so unappetizing. Such a sad experience.

The restaurant lacks bread and soap in the bathroom. The waitstaff is unfamiliar with the menu and prices have increased. The soup that was 95 rubles on 19.07.21 is now 125 rubles on 23.07.21. Has the increase in prices affected the quality of service? Overall, the restaurant experience was disappointing.

I really enjoy the atmosphere of this restaurant! However, the staff doesn't seem attentive when they don't smile and check in on customers. They do have baby chairs available, which are spacious and accommodating for families to dine together.

The restaurant is absolutely amazing with delicious food, great service, and a cozy atmosphere. I would give it 4 stars without a doubt. Highly recommend!

The staff is lacking, there's not enough of them. Didn't like the rolls, the pasta was okay. Overall, the food wasn't great and the service was very slow, but the staff was friendly and polite, and I quite liked the interior.
