Honestly. although I love neros coffee. is that what comes back to this special nero, the personal. Every single person who has ever served me, there are friendly, polite and more than helpful. I wish all caffes had so personal!. well done all. See you soon!

This place needs a good cleanliness. the only toilet was dirty. the fittings were baked in raw or dust. I can't imagine ever coming back.

Great atmosphere! drinks were really nice and refreshing. I went with my friends and they said it was great too!

Good coffee and eat, but the wifi does not work in all the two and main office are not interested in fixing it. it is also the dirty coffee shop chain.

Called in for a coffee and a quick bite to eat. Ordered our coffees and our toasted sandwich was to be brought down to our table. We were almost finished our coffees and my husband went to the counter to see what was happening with...our toasted sandwich. The girl opened the grill and our sandwich was black, she then asked my husband would it do? He said no and she asked him to lift a replacement from the stand. Unfortunately they didn't have the same one so we opted for a cheaper one but we weren't offered a refund on the difference in price). When our toasted sandwich arrived the girl had a Nero loyalty card stamped and said on our next visit we could have one complementary coffee for our inconvenience. I said we needed 2 cups of coffee now as we had finished our coffee some time ago. She replied, do you expect 2 free coffees? I said yes. She then ripped up the loyalty card and walked away. My husband had finished his toasted sandwich when she arrived back with the two coffees. As she placed them on the table she said I hope you won't be high the rest of the day. Really won't be visiting this Nero again.
