Caffe Nero - Belfast

A chai latte with coco milk is now almost 5quid that was like my lunch box wouldn't recommend for sure

Cafe neros need a good clean . Popped in for coffee and this is the second one I’ve visited in the last week. Ripped , dirty and stained chairs yuk environment to have coffee in .

Disabled toilet out of order. Trotted upstairs. No access to toilet. Apparently you need to buzz and staff let you in. How prehistoric. Trotted back downstairs. Asked staff the issue regard the disabled toilet to be told its not working. Disgraceful. Needs to be sorted. Don't they know by law a disabled toilet in working order is a necessity. Will not be back.

The cafe was busy on a Tuesday afternoon so there was quite a wait for my coffee and brownie but the staff were efficient. There is comfortable seating available both downstairs and upstairs. There is outside seating which would have been nice for the people watching but was in use by smokers so not pleasant for non-smokers. The toilet was clean. You have to press a bell to gain access to the toilet. There was a delay then the door opened. You also have to press a button to release the door to exit which was a bit unexpected.

It's a coffee shop and the staff deliver a great experience each and every time. I come for the great tasting coffee and then get tempted by all kinds of other treats.
