Mcdonald's - Belfast

Find it hard to use discount card when nobody is on the till. Ordering is done on the screens. Would of went to drive through but as this is a very busy store the que was very long. (Great for business though).

Tasty but forgot the condiments and really missed ketchup with my fries so otherwise would have been a 5 star review

Went for a drive through traffic terrible got out and went to walk in and wasn't aloud as I was told by a member of staff that they wer under staffed. Bad experience

When the Ice cream Machine is not working can the management put a sign outside so people don't have to go with in the drive trough for nothing. This will help costumers and the store, less queue in the drive tru. Win-win...

Normally OK, and i don't visit this mcdonalds very often, but shocked this morning. Ordered a large latte and an orange juice Latte was low on milk not offered a replacement when asked to remedy. All i wanted was a milky latte, but had to ask for more milk. Bitter, horrible coffee. Sorry, I don't like to complain but it seems that the quality of most mcdonalds coffee these days is the same. Bitter, and not enough milk. The proof is in the pudding! See photos the one with 2 coffees is how a Latte should look when its made properly by your machines.
