Piano - Belfast

Went there for a relaxing evening. However took 30 min to be served and the quality was not great. Fortunately the singer/pianist had a lovely voice and thoroughly enjoyed listening to her but for 20 minutes, a large group of youngsters kept on being noisy. I would have expected the staff to ask them back to the venue they had probably booked and not remain that long in the piano bar. Room for much improvement. Price per person: £10–20

Went with my partner for afternoon experience last Saturday. The atmosphere is great . A piano music absolutely beautiful and relaxing. Had few drinks and later decided to get a tea and a scones with cream and jam. I haven't had such a bad scones for long time. The scones very hard and cold and butter must be frozen as solid like an ice . Before I put butter on my scone the scone broke into pieces. For the price I pay I would expected better quality of food. It wasn't good. You can go to local smaller places and get better quality of food for less. Plenty of staff but no one even check once how was our experience.

Staff are super friendly relaxing atmosphere and lovely place to.sit of an evening...recommend coronation chicken sandwich and pint of delicious Maggie's Leap Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Was in Saturday Lunchtime, peak period. Great food, wonderful atmosphere and superb staff. Fernando went above and beyond to make our lunchtime dining experience thoroughly enjoyable to me and visitors to this locality. A credit to the Hastings Group. Thank you Fernando. If you are charging £14 for a glass of wine the service needs to match the cost. Had to wait 15mins to order drinks. Empty glasses but no one came near us. Had to go to bar to pay bill. Shocking service for a premier hotel offering in Belfast. Not a great advert for tourists.
