The Golden Gate - Belfast

According to the online listing, the restaurant is supposed to be open until 11:30pm. I called at 11:10pm only to be informed that they were no longer taking orders and closing early that night. This is incredibly poor customer service and I would not recommend this place at all. I give it a 0 rating.

I placed a delivery order at 7:00pm for hot chicken curry fried rice without peas, prawn crackers, and a can of Fanta. I received my order at 7:47pm, but it was wrong. I went to the restaurant to exchange my order, only to receive curry fried rice without chicken or onions. I had to go back again to get the correct order. It was a nightmare experience, as I overheard kitchen staff shouting about wrong orders being brought back.

I always find this Chinese restaurant to be excellent. I have tried other Chinese restaurants in the area, but the Golden Gate is definitely a favorite among my family.

I think her name was from some reason, I ordered gravur instead of curry with my usall order, but before it delivered tammy had noticed the mistake made I made a replacement because the order had left great customer skills
