Valentino's - Belford

The pizza was awful, and the restaurant was unclean, including the bathroom. I parked in the back and should have taken it as a warning when I saw the pile of garbage by the back door.

Paul, the owner, is truly dedicated to his customers. He goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction, and he can make nearly any type of pizza or dish you desire. The pizzas here are among the best in Bayshore. If you haven't yet had the chance to try their food, you definitely should—it's authentic Italian cuisine. You won't be disappointed!

Two weeks ago, the pizza was fantastic. However, when I ordered yesterday, the plain cheese pizza was tasteless and had a soggy texture. The Valentino Pizza was an improvement thanks to the salty bacon, but the crust itself lacked flavor. There seems to be a consistency issue with the quality of the pizza.

I was shocked that the girl who answered the phone was not aware that valentinos has a website to online from that a credit card payment. She was unclear.

Placed an order wrong pizza arrived. Now this is 2 hours after ordering. Called them and a replacement was on the way. 30 minutes later I received my pizza. Open the box and half of pie is on the box. I didn?t want to call and bother again so I reached out to Slice. They informed them it was my problem and no replacement or discount would be applied. Last time I order from Valentinos. I?ve had issues in the past and I?ve been meant with you should of called last night. I would have but my pizza came after they closed. Also consistently varies wildly. Almost like 2 different people are making the pizza.
