Feedback gevenOne of my better food experiences at DQ. I placed my order to go on the app and it was ready when I arrived the way I ordered it. It was brought out and the staff was friendly.
We waited 30 minutes for our order. They didn't start our order until we complained that people, who arrived after we did, received their orders. And they didn't turn the blizzards upside down like they are supposed to.
So I ordered some food on the app and the app tells me to pick it up in store and it just turned 9:00 at night so I drive all the way to the store get out of my truck go to go inside and the doors are locked even though there's people in there sitting down eating so then I tried to call and nobody answers the phone so then I start to the drive-thru and there's a giant line and they told me they'll have it at the window. What is the point of ordering ahead if I have to still go through the drive-thru It makes absolutely no sense and was a giant waste of my time once again Belgrade dairy Queen I am disappointed. I was on a time crunch hence ordering a head but no don't get to make that time cuz I have to sit through this long line of drive-thru
It's dairy queen... the ice cream is fire but they forgot my country gravy with the chicken basket dinner!
These kids continually get my order wrong, come to find out it’s so they can eat the food from the order they “messed up”. Don’t be like me and wait until you’re home to find out.Also DQ, just pay your employees so they aren’t stealing my food.
