Feedback gevenThey take way to long, I made a mobile order and it took 25 minutes to get my order. Decide to give them a second chance, because the first time they were kinda busy, so I figured the second time It wouldn't take to long, I was wrong. It took 30 minutes to get my mobile order, and that time they didn't have a lot of people there.
One of my favorite drinks at this place is the pineapple lemonade. It's incredibly delicious and refreshing!
My cousins hang out here instead of mine, and every time they visit, they have to wait a very long time. That's why I'm giving it only three stars!
I would have had a much harsher review if it weren't for the outstanding customer service. I ordered an English Breakfast latte through the drive-thru but ended up with an Earl Grey latte. By the time I got home and noticed the mistake, I decided to calmly drive back to let the barista know about the mix-up. I hoped it would help them be more careful in the future and differentiate between an English Breakfast latte and a London Fog. The staff was incredibly accommodating and promptly exchanged my drink without any fuss. They didn’t question what was in my cup or inspect it, which I really appreciated. What I loved most about this experience was the lack of attitude and the absence of endless questions. Excellent service all around! Keep it up!
Good coffee but the drive thru has been very slow In the last couple of drive thru's, that's why the 3 stars
