Subway - Bella Vista

There is no service at this location. Two out of my last three orders were made with part of the ingredients missing. If they run out of something they just don't put it on and to top it off they don't tell you when you go in to pick it up! When I ask who the owner was they said they didn't know. I asked who signs your checks? They Do not care about what they're doing. They treat their customers horribly! They will never get my business again. I hope the owner sees this. I would love to speak with them about the way I was treated. Also, the lettuce which they left off my veggie sandwich I had to drive all the way back there to get. Was old and in an unclean container. The bar was unclean. It was unclean around the entire sandwich making area. Not caring about your customers is no way to run a business.

No meatballs, no soup, one kind of bread at 7pm on a SATURDAY NIGHT? GOOD LUCK staying in business at this location. These 2 fellas were planning on closing up early. Pretty obvious. Worth driving

I was there on 1/19/24. There was a line of customers and only one person working, Ryan, this young man did the best that he could do. I wasn't upset at the wait, I was more upset that subway let him work by himself on the weekend. Ryan made my 3 sandwiches just the way that I ordered them. I gave him a generous tip and was on my way. Kudos to Ryan??

So I just left this establishment and the person that was at the front named Ryan was not very respectful to the customers that came in after me that had a big order but Miranda stepped in and help the customers I'm an Uber driver by trait and the disrespect that he gave them I wouldn't tolerate so I want to command Miranda for stepping in and helping the customers but Ryan needs to be more personable and don't say they need to call ahead for a big order he just needs to do it

There are minimal options in the area for healthy fast food. This is in a strip mall and has plenty of parking. The staff was direct and to the point. There are two tables outside if you prefer to eat outdoors. The trail Snack Attack is at the side of the store. I had not eaten at a Subway in some time. They seem to upgrade their sandwiches. However, if you ask for the primary old sandwiches, they can still make them. The store is clean.
