It would be wise for the owner or chef to take a look at the negative reviews they have received and consider the dismissive responses they've written. Instead of insisting that customers are wrong, they should focus on improving their business, especially given their claims of having 10 years of experience. There's no need to respond to this review; everyone already knows the type of replies that will be given. We won't be returning.

I placed my food order twice, but it was canceled an hour later. I've been waiting for a long time and I'm really disappointed with their delivery service. As a result, I had to order from another restaurant. Even when I tried calling their restaurant, no one answered.
