Jax Grill South Rice - Bellaire

I always have a great dining experience here. The staff is friendly and the room is nice, especially with the breakfast included. Overall, it's always a pleasant visit.

The restaurant needs to improve their customer service. Today, the fries I was served were hard and burnt, showing a lack of attention from the person who prepared my plate. It was disappointing to start my meal feeling upset.

The onion rings were fantastic, and the burger was also noteworthy. In addition, the service was excellent!

That was great. my order was late, but the server wanted to put it up and I told her it was in order. the place has a cool feeling that is decorated away. it could be packed during the lunchtime, but if there are a few minutes ahead, they will avoid the rush.

Excellent food and service for a great price! I ordered to-go for a group of 11, and the order came out perfectly and right on time. Will definitely be returning!
