Feedback gevenOrdered the Philly cheesesteak based off of a review that this was the best they have ever had. Sandwich was a waste of money. Was fishy tasting, bland, and burnt not to mention the bread was rock hard. They should stick to making pizza.
I hate to leave a completely poor review, but after my experience tonight the bad outweighs the good. First, we order from this location often enough and have never had any issues. Hence why I hate to leave such a bad review. But tonight I order. There was a deal for an 18 pizza and garlic knots so I opt for that. Half cheese, half pepperoni. The pizza arrives. The delivery lady was nice as they always are, but sadly after she had left I noticed our pizza order was incorrect and I even double checked my order to make sure I didn 't mess up. I certainly did not order mushrooms, peppers, onions, and pepperoni on the whole pizza! No biggie, accidents happen. So I called to let them know hoping that maybe she just gave me the wrong box and it could be an easy fix if she was just down the street. Nope. As soon as the guy answers I get westshore pizza Belleair please hold. But doesn 't even put me on hold, just sets the phone down. STILL no issue. I get it, they 're probably busy. I can hear him taking someone in the restaurants order. Then after that the phone rings and he answers and starts taking that order. Getting slightly annoyed because I have hungry picky kids, but still waiting patiently thinking he just forgot he put me on hold. After that the phone rings again and he starts taking another order! So I try to say loudly assuming I 'm not on any kind of speaker phone that I 'm still on hold and nothing.. it 's been 5 minutes so I hang up and try back to which they ignored my call! So I try back again to be put on hold this time actually on hold with a little song on the other end for another 6 minutes. I hang up and try back two more time for them to pick up and hang up immediately. My guess is they knew they messed up and didn 't want to take accountability? Regardless of the excuse it was extremely unprofessional. I planned on having leftovers for tomorrow, but my kids won 't even eat this. Waste of money that is now going to be spent somewhere else tonight and from now on. Do better.
Never again will I order from here. It's empty inside and smells. Pizza was inedible. Threw away $40 of food.

Normally, I don’t leave reviews but this I cannot ignore. We placed an order online and made the mistake of not hitting well done and we caught it as soon as the order was placed. We called the location and asked can you please make it well done we just placed an online order and we forgot to add it to the comment section. The gentleman that answered the phone said yes of course. Well, when we pick up, we get home and open the box and discover it is not well done. We understand everyone makes mistakes so my boyfriend called and explained that the pizza was not well done. The same gentleman that answered the first time said okay buddy no problem bring it back and we will throw it in the oven for you. We were thankful and walked back. What prompted me to write this review was not that they didn’t make it well done it was the fact that we were polite and understanding and returned the pizza to have them put in the oven and we hear a young lady yell “hey, put that one in the oven too and make it well done even though it’s burnt already” my boyfriend and I never complain or call to have something fixed but we were really in the mood for pizza but after hearing that comment it truly made us feel horrible because after being very understanding the customer service delivered beyond that point was horrible.
