Feedback gevenI love her pizza and usually a great service. Today I ordered pizza for my family, including my hungry 7 9 year old children. The extradition woman claimed she was 10 minutes in front of my door, without answer, when four of us were inside. Then she refused to bring the pizza and we said we had to pick it up, that's after 2 hours and several phone calls to Wegradr and the delivery person. I asked for a new pizza and sent my husband to get her when he arrived, they hadn't begun to make the pizza. The order was prepaid with a credit card, so first should have been left at the door, but I doubt that an attempt has been made to deliver since it was raining. 4 people and 5 dogs had no idea the supplier arrived. That was super disappointing, terrible service. I live very close and order regularly. Looks like I have to find a new pizza place. Whatever you do, do not order delivery.
I'm so disappointed by Westshore Pizza in Belleair Bluffs. They use to our favorite pizza place. Now it's just disgusting. Our pizza had a bread bag tie on a slice. The pizza was warm. The chicken wing skin was rubbery. Just a waste of money. The last three times the food was terrible. I'm done.
When I opened the pizzeria, it reminded me of the schoolmate how bad it looks. The cheese tasted like plastic and the amount of oil on the pizza was enough to fill a bottle. The chicken wings are a different story, they looked like they were raw and wrapped in fat. We ordered mild wings and there was no sauce, it was only sown in oil. The quality of food is too bad and will definitely give you food poison. Eat at your own risk
Wow so disappointed with customer service. We are long time customers and placed $100 order today. We wanted a simple steak and cheese sub/just meat and cheese and then 3 steak and cheese with everything. For years ordered. We received all our food (we ordered more, but nothing else was a problem) and the 3 steak and cheese with everything that was on it only steak and cheese. I called and the manager called Amanda. She said we ordered it wrong and that you must say DELUXE. I said we ordered a PLAIN with steak and cheese and three with EVERYTHING, what exactly do you mean? Of course, that doesn't mean easy. The boy who takes the order should have asked if he didn't know what it meant. I was very rudely said that they could send three more for whom we pay because we do not know how to order, and that is not their problem, and they would contain a menu so that we know how to order right next time. Wow. How rude as a manager to talk to a customer. She said she all trained her to repeat the order, and I said that 's great, but if we said everything, then they should confirm what that means if they don't understand everything. Then she said she would give us a $6 loan for the toppings we don't get. After we continue to argue with me that we do not know how to order, I would take the $6 credit and would write this review. As a small entrepreneur, I could never imagine talking to an unsatisfied customer. The way she treated the situation was so unprofessional.
Rather horrible sub sandwich and pizza wasn't much better. Sandwich had very meager portions. It looked like a Sandwich a 5-year old would make for his daddy. Pizza wasn't quite baked long enough. It seemed like everything was just thrown together. (I just had the exact same order from a different Westshore last week and it was incredibly good. Don't know how this location performed so poorly. I tried to tell them online instead of here on google, but their online system wasn't working proper either.
