The food was excellent. Their specialty platter for 2 is the way to go. The Bison Ribs were the most tender meat I've had in a long time. The fillet Mignon came with an incredible sauce. Our waiter JC was excellent in helping us pick what to eat and adjusting the dishes to our need. Knocking off 1 star because after we finished our main course, we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come by. We wanted dessert, but decided to skip it because we didn't want to have to wait another 20 minutes for the bill after, and just asked for the bill right away. The food is quite expensive, so I would have hoped for faster service. But the food quality is up there and I'd highly recommend it.

Food was fantastic but the waiter got upset on us for not giving a bigger tip . Waiter: Did you know that Quebec has 15% tax? (did not let me answer and is service good? (did not let me answer again Okay Have a nice day! . . . Dear Mr. Waiter, 1. Yes, I know that Quebec has 2 taxes on top of all purchases etc. I may not speak French, but I 'm not stupid. 2. Service would have been great if your finger wasn 't dipped in the pitcher of water you served us. Even without COVID-19, good hygiene is a must in all establishments.

Manager told us, me, my husband and baby, kitchen was closed. But for everyone else arriving after us kitchen was opened. Maybe that’s how they select their customers. And no, this was not a communication issue since the waitress confirmed to us in English that the kitchen was closed. Don’t use the language as an excuse to select your customers. I do not recommend this place at all. I’m sure that are other restaurants that will appreciate your visit and treat you with the respect you deserve. Don’t go to this restaurant!

We ordered the plateau bbq but was served with fries instead of mashed potato. It took them some time to replace with mash potato, and by the time our food was already cold. The ribs and drumsticks were very dry. The quality and serving size was not worth the price, it was too expensive for $65. After paying the bill, we were told that it is customary (or by law) to give a 15% or 20% tip, not sure if true, but we ended up adding more tip. That will be the first and last time that we will dine in that resto.

Amazing unique menu, all fresh. Not 1 complaint about the experience; Dog friendly on the terrace and brought a bowl of water for our dog. Servers were all bilingual. Food came in a reasonable time. Menu was varied for food and drinks. Come back here. Fish pogos are 10/10
