I went to this business last weekend for a coffee and a biscuit. After placing my order and waiting for my coffee, a couple came along and ordered their coffees. The person serving, whom I believe to be the owner, then proceeded to make some coffees, and upon seeing him finish, I started to walk forward naturally expecting the next one made to be mine. The person handed two coffees to the couple who came after me and then when he made mine I remarked that I had come before them. There was no apology, or even an acknowledgement of this, just an ill-fitting lid on my coffee cup and a coffee so hot that it burned my mouth. I have been served by more attentive people at this business in the past, so would hazard a guess that this person runs the place rather than serves the customers. Business owners need to realise that it is their service which differentiates them from the pack. If this is the example this person wants to set for his employees, then I recommend leaving them to it and remaining back of house in future. If not for them, then for the sake of your business.

Ok.Ordered three meals and all were wrong. Food is ok. (Not what we ordered, but ok). Chips average. Most were soggy. Probably won’t come back.
