Feedback gevenIt's frustrating for those who are not tech-savvy; you might end up shouting your order only to leave it in a designated area without any personal interaction. If you struggle with smartphones, avoid this place, as there’s no one available to assist you. If you plan to pay in cash, be prepared to spend a long time just depositing your money, which makes the ordering process cumbersome. Speaking with a friendly cashier who can take your order with a smile is infinitely faster and more enjoyable. I wonder why I should step into a restaurant to purchase food through such a mechanical experience. Previously, there were wonderful staff members who greeted us warmly in the mornings, making our visits special. Honestly, it would make more sense to automate the bathrooms rather than the cash registers.
I work at McDonald's, so I have a good understanding of how things should operate, and the Belleview location doesn't meet those standards. The staff there were not friendly or polite; I even overheard them joking around instead of focusing on their work. Additionally, they didn't fill my large cup all the way. I was charged $2.24 for a single drink, which seems excessive considering it only costs about a dollar at my location. I understand that prices can vary by area, but this seemed unreasonable. I also didn't get everything I wanted because their machine was down. If they can make frappes, they should be able to make smoothies since it's the same equipment. Overall, I ended up spending more than I planned without receiving proper service or my full order.
Why are the large fryers so expensive for a bottle that's only half full? This is a recurring issue I've encountered here. Often, when I order a large one, they end up giving me a flat one instead. I usually use DoorDash, so I can't address the problem directly when I'm not there, but after reading the reviews, it's clear I'm not the only one experiencing this. My partner went today, and they did the same thing to him.
While this earlier the worse mcdonalds it is slowly transformed into my favorite mcdonalds after the upgrade. I go here often and always be served immediately, eat fresh. I think the new management has really brought this place to new level. I rarely have a problem here, and the mcdonalds app makes it even easier to order food quickly and correctly. as the one time that I did not order on the app, the cashier made my burger order for a chicken order wrong. Apart from that, this place consistently fulfills my expectations.
Okay here we are Visiting McDonald 's restaurant when a Restaurant Employee comes up and tell me I must us a computer kiosk to order my meal well they don 't need my business I didn 't go to a lunch O mat I 'm not a drone I 'm a human being just like the one in the cars ordering who has employees taking the orders so if your going to have the option that the people in cars get personal human service and the one inside must us a machine you have lost my business.
