Little Caesars Pizza - Belleville

I went to pick up a pizza for dinner and waited at the window for over 15 minutes, but no one came to help, so we decided to leave.

They really enjoy the drive-thru pickup, even though the wait in line can sometimes be lengthy. On my last visit, I was pleasantly surprised as my pizza had a generous amount of cheese, which was much better than usual.

The pizza I received was extremely hard and difficult to bite into; it felt like I was trying to chew on wood. I was left feeling very disappointed after spending my money on food of such poor quality. I ended up having to purchase extra food at McDonald's to satisfy my hunger. The soda I received was flat, which was another letdown. It’s really disheartening that after working long hours, people want to enjoy a quick meal, only to be served something like this. I am very, very disappointed. If I end up with a chipped tooth at my dentist appointment tomorrow, I know exactly where it came from. They really need to reevaluate their offerings on West Main; it’s a shame.

Ordered deep dish pizza pepperoni (stated as thick multiple times) and a meat pizza. Super confused if the 9 or 11 is inches or price as staff seemed confused too. Paid $20.04 which could not have been accurate as we also got a bottle of sprite. Waited 10 minutes to drive back thru pick up window just to get regular crust pizzas. No receipt offered or provided. Paid cash.

They wait until you pay to tell you to wait and they say come in after 10 mins. Then they lock the door and tell you to drive back around and now you have to wait again!!!
