Sonic Drive-in - Belleville

I waited for all about 15 minutes and was greeted by a very unfriendly employee. They almost accused me of the wrong order, and when I told them they had a attitude. because the line lasted so long, my eating was lukewarm. that is not the first disappointing experience I had at this site, it really went downhill since covid.

This restaurant has a quirky charm. Most of the time, they disable ordering through the app, which can be frustrating. When ordering is available, the food often arrives hot, fresh, and relatively quickly. However, there are times when customers can wait a long time for their meals. It seems like they only have one or two staff members working hard, making it clear that they're severely understaffed.

This place is so incompatible. I always get the same thing an oreo blow with cheesecake is added to it. or I command it from an oreo cheesecake bubble. either I always get what I'm ordering for an explosion. I'm going today, and the lady tells me they don't have an explosion like they only have a shake. That was annoying because I know what I'm getting. I continued with the shake as she was sure that I did not in an explosion (which I always do). I'm not coming back to this place.

Eating was good, but the hired was super rude. not sure of their name, but it is a relatiw heavy set darker complicated black lady. she had an extremely nasty attitude, but eating really wore this experience because it was fresh!

I didn’t dislike it; it was just okay. I thought the price for a small slush was a bit high. They might want to rethink the Drive-Thru setup because after three cars, the last vehicle is hanging out in the street.
