Absolutely horrible customer service. Rushed off the phone while trying to order. Put on hold 3 times during the time attempting to order which was confusing my spouse. They kept cutting him off when he would try to say the order back thus not having the entire order and they told us to call back when we knew the order. Yet we had it written and he was simply trying to read it. Enough for 4 people. A call came through and he had to ignore it (waiting for the screen to return to the notepad) he wasn’t talking quick enough apparently. They’re ignorant and rude and I can’t imagine someone calling to order with a question or a disability unable to communicate quickly. I used to order frequently here our last experience was similar we waited a few months to try again hoping for a better rapport. Unfortunate that it’s even worse we sadly won’t be returning. It was in fact the correct Goodys my spouse was using his screen on his phone to read off the order to clarify what screen I’m referring to. I won’t be removing.

I've been going to this restaurant since it was the little walk in shop by haig Rd. Their burgers are to die for! I literally have cravings for their food. Their hard working people, some say they have an attitude but I say most people have never been around their ethnicity before.. it's just how they talk, almost like Italians, they're not rude they're lovely people who have a certain tone/way of speaking. This is my favorite restaurant, I choose to eat here whenever possible!
