Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Belleville

Popeye's is usually my favorite chicken restaurant. I first fell in love with it when I moved to Indiana years ago. When I moved to Lima, I was thrilled to see a location open up in Chorrillos near us. However, after a disappointing experience at the Belleville location, I cannot express enough how terrible this place is. We had incorrect and missing items in our large order. They forgot drinks we ordered and included items we did not request. When I ordered a 12-piece meal with all white meat, I was told they were out of white meat and could only offer dark meat. When I asked for clarification, the manager told me to wait and implied I was being rude for asking. The cashier seemed unhappy when I brought up the issue. I will not be returning. Despite my love for Popeye's, I cannot recommend this location.

The menu boards at the Napanee and Belleville locations are offering a large meal for $49.99, but when they ring it up, they are actually charging $50.99 due to a price increase that hasn't been reflected on the menu. I have been there 3-4 times in the past few weeks. I find that Mary Brown's offers better food and service.

The chicken tasted old, as did the fried food, onion rings, and cookies. I would consider changing my name if I ever ordered from Popeyes again.

Great bun. big pieces, very juicy. service can be slow. pet peave, do they want another soße, they still calculate 35 cent, really? other almost food sites do not calculate. I find it a money, plus you can't go far enough. I didn't think the layout is good, most tables are affected by the cold air that rushes through the doors. does not make good eating experience.

Was told they needed 15 min to cook more chicken and they asked us to pull ahead. After waiting patiently for 45 min, finally went in to see what was up with our food. They were running around like crazy and basically ignored my wife. When she finally got someone's attention, they brushed her off, turned to each other and spoke something other than English. When she demanded our food or a refund, they very rudely told her she already got her food, they give it to her in the red car. We were driving a white car! After she once again demanded our food or a refund, they finally gave us our food!Needless to say, we won't be going to Popeye's ever again.
