Unfortunately my last few visits here have been underwhelming. The drive through is slow, with food items unavailable, and food not being made to how I ordered it. Really disappointing. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 1

The absolute slowest service! 20min wait in the drive tru is a little long if you ask me. I won’t be able to grab a “quick”lunch here, my lunch is only 30 min. So if your in a hurry don’t go here Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I go here everyday and order the same thing. I order an iced coffee with a vanilla flavor shot and I am always charged for the flavor shot but they only add it to my drink 3 out of 10 times. It is extremely frustrating how often I pay for something and don't get it, and when I try to email a complaint their page ironically doesn't load properly, ever. As much as starbucks costs me waaay more I NEVER have to go back because they never mess up my order. Such a shame businesses don't care anymore. As for the *owners* reply to this telling me to contact this number and click the link.. the link doesn't work and the number is no longer in service. I can see tim hortons going down strictly due to the lack of customer service. No one cares anymore. Food: 1 Service: 1
