Feedback gevenI had a terrible experience at Tim Hortons on Bell Boulevard in Belleville. The service was extremely slow, even though it was not busy. I had to ask three times for my regular tea before finally receiving it. The server did not try to provide proper service, which was very disappointing.
The restaurant was very busy, with one cashier serving customers while six other staff members worked behind the counter. It seemed like they were considering opening a second register to speed up service.
They require patience and understanding, as they often have new staff who may make mistakes with orders. This is all part of the learning process that we have all experienced at some point.
Not in tune with other tims on the DD coffee. mine was white with saw more like 4 cream instead of only double. I asked for a new one and got the same. her cream machine must calibrate.
Ordered 2 chicken wraps the chicken was hard and dry the lettuce in one was black . 2 Boston cream donuts they weren’t wrappedIndividually the icing stuck in bag .
