Yang-Tze Restaurant - Belleville

We went to a family gathering, we were asked to pick up dinner on the way. Chinese food was the dinner everyone wanted, we picked up the order to take home , so I cannot rate the service in the restaurant. This was our first time trying this restaurant. The staff that was there was very polite and grateful. All the dishes were good, some of the dishes were a little more expensive than I thought they should be. But all the dishes were fresh , and tasted good. My family mentioned that this is their favourite Chinese food restaurant, they have ordered from there at least 25 times and have never had a bad experience.

Ordered take out 3 won ton soups In soup one wonton one thin piece of bbq pork 3 pieces of leaves and green onion.... when I phoned them back they told me that there was definitely 3 wontons when I said i still had one left to prove only one they told me not to bring it back that they still didn't believe me I also ordered Yangzte special rice in it was one shrimp and some very small diced meat when i asked about the rice they told me that fore sure there were 4 shrimps after great discussion On the first call of the same day the lady hung up on me....tried to call the owner the next day but only got as far as the person in charge that day he was extremely rude , swearing at me then asking me if I had a had time listening to him ....He also hung up on me

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, hot, and served in generous portions. They have a wide variety of menu options to choose from. My go-to dishes are usually the Cantonese chow mein, chicken balls, and chicken fried rice.

Love this place! The food is always good and the take out is always fast. I always stop in when I'm nearby.

Food was very average. Not bad, not great. There are better places for Chinese Food in Belleville, but if this place is handy it's not bad. ktown
