Auntie Anne's - Bellevue

Got the pretzel nuggets and they tasted bitter. I feel like they’re either watering down the butter they use on them or using some kind of cheap fake butter-like substance. Really disgusting. Threw mine away.

Same problem with other reviewers. Overcooked pretzels and all of mine got burnt pretty bad that they are all very bitter. I have to take out the blackened part so my kids can eat those. Cannot recommend this place. This should be an easy fix, why it isnt fixed?

I got 4 almond pretzels on Nov 17, 2023 night. All my 4 pretzels got burnt bottoms tasted bitter. I had to tear all the bottoms off throw away. Im very disappointed with this type of food quality.The attached photo shows how burn it was all

I've been an auntie anne's fan for many years. I love the pretzels here, always delicious!

While there are limited options the food is warm and made from good ingredients. I would recommend grabbing a snack from here while shopping.
