Bellden Cafe - Bellevue

Gluten free waffles are INCREDIBLE!! Had a cortado, coffee was perfection. Loads of food options, including gluten free bread and granola so plenty of brunch choices for me! Can?t wait to come back again.

The service was extremely slow. Even though the restaurant was nearly empty when I ordered, I waited 27 to 30 minutes for my toast (which arrived cold) and oatmeal (which was lukewarm). As a result, my coffee was either cold or finished long before my food arrived. The flavor of the food was decent, though I thought the oatmeal was a bit overpriced. As for the coffee, it didn't appeal to me personally; it had a distinct licorice flavor note, which is not my preference.

There is parking available in the garage. The atmosphere was charming. The Avocado Toast mainly consisted of a large piece of bread with just four slices of avocado. I found it lacking in flavor for the price. However, the Chai latte was delightful.

The coffee is decent, but the ambiance didn’t quite meet my expectations. On the plus side, the dishes are visually appealing and also quite tasty!

My go-to are their breakfast toasts! I like the beet one and the avocado of course and the salmon. Actually, all their toasts are pretty good! What I like about this Cafe is that they have hemp milk which I enjoy and hard to find this milk alternative atlocal cafes. Indoor/Outdoor seating is spacious. Great little neighborhood cafe!!
