Chick-fil-a - Bellevue

As usual, car lineup spills on to maintain drag, two queues, one person serving one queue, two serving the other. Ten cars go past me on the fast queue. I suggested when I arrived 20 mins later that the 3rd server should alternate queues to make it fair. Aha!!3PM!!!Maybe post a barcode link to website or app so we can order faster. I'm not tempted to go back. I'd rather grab a much cheaper 5$ hot roasted chicken from a nearby grocery store.

The images show that there is dine in area but there is no dine in, no places to sit outside nor inside, only drive through or ordering at the window.

They always get my orders wrong or missing this location. Before they remodeled, they never had this issue.

Very stingy with condiments. I ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 fries, they gave me 1 package of ketchup, 3 napkins. When i asked for more ketchup, napkins and pepper, they gave me 1 of each only. Seriously? How much does it cost for 1 tiny little sachet of pepper, napkins, and ketchup for such a big chain restaurant? Do they change the store policy? Since its drive thru, who cares if they are satisfied or not, they are not going to come back for anything missing? Very disappointed
