Jinya Ramen Bellevue

We've come here many times over the years, and I can safely say it's not what it once was. The staff is always kind, but the dining room can get a little cold and the food can be iffy at times. Much as I'd like to say I'll remain a customer, my last visit has made me decide otherwise. Thanks for the many yummy bowls in the past and good luck.

It's good. Room is an echo box. Extroverts will not notice and probably love it. If you are sensitive to sound, bring headphones. If you order spicy you have to tell them exactly what your spice level is. Go before the movie, not after and near closing time. It's just being polite. Staff is precious and food is delicious, will come again.Parking: They have lines? What do you say about parking???

This restaurant is almost reaching Ramen greatness. Unfortunately, my Spicy Tonkatsu dish was served with cold pork, which detracted from the overall experience. While the food was tasty, being served at a temperature that felt like it had just come out of the fridge was disappointing. It received an OKAY rating for food safety inspection.

First time coming here at odd hour (around 4pm so it wasn't busy at all. We were immediately seated and menu is with QR code. Ordered Tonkotsu Black and Tonkotsu Spicy (add $2.50 for ramen egg. I had a pretty high expectations because I kept getting the ad for this place on my FB, and let me tell you the ad worked. The food was delicious, the broth was rich for both black and spicy. The chashu is a bit on the thicker side but man it just melts in your mouth. I totally recommend those two if you like tonkotsu. The waiters and waitresses were attentive, making sure our water was filled and that the ramen was excellent. Did pay extra for the ramen egg but it was absolutely worth it! As we waited and ate our food, more people came in. The price for the two of us is about $50+ which is quite on the expensive side compare to other ramen places, but it was worth it. So I definitely recommend this place and I will definitely come back!
