Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Bellevue

We started here as it opened and I gave him 4 stars in the past, but it's fast downhill. They have prices too high, too fast, even before the latest inflation. They also changed the Toppings policy on Fill-your-cup Friday (the previous $5, but was increased to $6 a few years ago). During the pandemic they started the prepackaging and limit customers to 3, which is reasonable. But now, at once, chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, magic bowl, etc. are included in the 3 jump limit. And when I asked, the young server who claimed to be the owner was very rude about it. They also cut the toner selection. The fro-yo itself is not so great, and the taste selection is limited, so the toppings are the best part. Don't think we're here. If I want to fix a frozen desert, I'm going to Cold Stone, the ice is amazing. With Crumble next door, I wouldn't be surprised if this place soon shuts off.

Bellevue has more white inhabitants than black/other minority groups. I don't want to. No stars, if I could simply, because the white male worker was very racist and refused to use the restroom when I asked him to be the master. I am a black woman who has kidney failure and drove back from work that was 5pm in Seattle for an hour and could not hold my urine for obvious reasons. If that was a white woman, he would have left her in a heartbeat. Thank you and scream to stop wings next to the door for me use their toilet, I appreciate it and look forward to your visit guys every time I?m in the area!

This is a great experience for me and my friends. Later I eaten after a good frozen yogurt and this place didn't disappoint me at all. The staff was friendly and nice to the customers. I hope they can continue to keep their business like these, clean and consistent. Thanks for making my Sunday happy

Best regards in entering, offers of support, patience with children, waited for all in our group to finish selection, active cleaning often touched surfaces, constantly refilling topping selection I was impressed by the customer centric approach in the way that many never noticed. Really commendable. We'll be back to support this business.

Our favorite Yogurt stand! Friendly staff and lots of good yogurt options. They have sample cups also. The toppings are now placed in small to-go containers which you can pick up as you like! we love cookies cream and berry flavors. favorite toppings are chocolate rocks and boba!
