Scooter's Coffee - Bellevue

What really bothered me was the manager (or shift leader) who chose 10:30 AM on a Thursday to conduct interviews, leaving the already overwhelmed employee to handle the morning rush on her own. The drive-thru line stretched all the way around the building, and the poor girl working was clearly struggling to keep up. This experience was quite disappointing, especially since I've enjoyed this place in the past. I'd like to emphasize that the employee who was working tried her hardest, while the other staff member seemed more focused on flirting and interviewing in the dining area, completely ignoring the chaos happening behind the counter.

I always order the peanut butter power smoothie because it’s my favorite. I stopped by today, and it seems like they forgot the peanut butter, haha. I was in a rush to get to a class, so I couldn’t go back to ask for a replacement. Just a note for next time!

Always an amazing experience! It feels like stepping into Cheers—everyone knows your name. (A nod to the classic '80s sitcom!)

Scooters are always pretty good. Best coffee in the metro for sure.
