Starbucks - Bellevue

We ordered 2 caramel macchiatos, but there's not even a hint of caramel in the coffee.

No discount on regular coffee even when you buy and bring your own $28 Starbucks to go cup?? That doesn’t feel very nice .

They don't know how to steam milk at all. Just comes out like watery milk everytime.

Baristas have terrible attitudes here. Sorry I am hassling you by placing an order.

First time to this Starbucks location. I stood in front of the cashier for about 2 minutes before I was served. There was no one before me, and a line was slowly forming behind me. There were quite a number of customers in the shop, but none of them were waiting for their drinks and/or food. I ordered a tall Chai Latte, and it was what I expected. The music played in the shop was a bit loud and noisy, and I chose to sit outside. A fireplace was just next to where I was sitting, and I felt warm enough to enjoy my latte in the middle of the winter. I noticed some people brought burgers purchased from a fast food chain next door and used the outdoor seating of this Starbucks to consume them.
